El Nefes hookah paste is a new form of smoking with a very intense flavour and refreshing effect for up to two hours of hookah smoking.

El Nefes Hookah Cream is a nicotine-free product available in a variety of unique flavours. It is dispensed in a toothpaste tube, making it very easy to use. We recommend using it with a vortex or phunnel bowl to spread the cream evenly for the right smoke experience.
If you want to use it on its own, 10-15gr might be ideal. If you want to use it as a smoke enhancer, 5-10g is plenty. Put the cream in the bottom of the tobacco funnel and top the hookah cream with the tobacco or minerals. Make sure that the hot air passes easily through the tobacco funnel. This encourages the best flavour and smoke.
